**Address:** 240 St Georges Road, North Fitzroy

**Description:** Four-level, 6-star green star library complex with a roof garden. The design incorporates maternal and child care services, playgroup, council and general community spaces. Awarded MBAV Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings $15 million - $20 million, Architecture Award for Public Architecture and Commendation for Sustainable Architecture.

**Value:** $13 million
