**Address:** Harrow Street, Box Hill

**Description:** Construction of a 5 level car park, 2 tenancy spaces, motorbike and bicycle parking facility including external landscaping. Buxton has also been awarded an additional $500,000 contract for the fit-out of the community centre on level 1 and 2 of the building.

**Value:** $13.5 million

**Contract format:** Hard money tender
