**Description:**  An 89-apartment social housing development delivered for Launch Housing in Melbourne’s south-east. The 11-level development provides high-quality, durable homes supported by government funding through Homes Victoria, incorporating above-ground car parking, communal landscaped spaces, and a contemporary façade. The project demonstrates GRC Buxton’s capability in delivering complex, community-focused residential projects from partially developed design through to construction.
