Graduate Program

CALLING ALL GRADUATES

GRC Buxton is seeking two graduates and two undergraduates to join the team in our graduate program. Graduates will gain exposure to a variety of tasks in the industry in a short space of time, resulting in faster learning and a high level of work experience under some of the industries most respected and experienced leaders.

At GRC Buxton we are award-winning specialists in construction for commercial and industrial buildings, education centres, landmark sports developments, innovative aged care and retirement projects as high-end residential projects and high-rise apartments.

How many positions are available?

There are two graduate and two undergraduate positions available for the GRC Buxton Graduate Program.

How long does the graduate program run for and what areas will I gain exposure to?

The GRC Buxton Graduate program is a two year program. The first year is spent in the estimating, cost planning and programming department. The second year is spent in the delivery/construction side of the business where graduates gain experience in site coordination (including Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management), Contract Administration, Design Coordination and Site Supervision and are based on a project, on site.

What happens after I apply?

Successful applicants will be notified and an interview time will be arranged at GRC Buxton and candidates will negotiate to start full time employment or commence part time until graduation and then full time employment thereafter.
